COVID-19 & Telemedicine

  • Trouble Breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion or inability to arouse
  • Bluish lips or face.

Step two

If you’ve had a (possible) exposure to COVID-19 and have symptoms, we can help you via Telemedicine (or in person) to write a physician order to get COVID-19 virus test.  Call FIRST for more info at 317-678-6402, and to schedule a no contact Telemedicine visit during our hours of operation, 7 days a week.  Please do not walk-in without calling first!
